Fit & Fly japan

may 23 - 30, 2026

Join us for Fit & Fly Japan, which will be held May 23 - 30, 2026. The first four nights of the retreat will be held at The Okura Hotel in Tokyo, and the next three nights will be held at The Celestine Hotel in Kyoto. The Retreat Hosts are Jane Robertson and Stacey Nolan.

Fit & Fly Japan is the perfect retreat for someone who . . .

  • is more interested in a cultural retreat than a fitness retreat. Activities will come in the form of daily excursions, not fitness classes.

  • likes to vacation on the move. The group will divide their time between Tokyo and Kyoto with a day trip to the Mt. Fuji area.

  • has bucket list dreams of visiting Japan but is daunted by the idea of planning the trip or traveling solo. Let Fit & Fly be your guide!

japan

Japan is an East Asian island country located in the Pacific Ocean. Recognized for its historical and more recent pop culture, Japan has risen to one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world. The country has a varied geography ranging from islands to volcanoes. One of the best times to visit Japan is May to enjoy its mild temperatures and prior to the summer rainy season. While visiting Japan, Fit & Fly retreat guests will enjoy four nights in its capital city of Tokyo, including a day trip to the National Park near Mt. Fuji, and three nights in Kyoto, which is known for its rich cultural heritage.

The okura hotel, Tokyo

For the first four nights of the retreat, Fit & Fly Japan guests will stay at The Okura Hotel, a five-star hotel located in Minato, the business district area of Tokyo. The Okura Hotel in Tokyo was recently awarded One Michelin Key, signifying that the hotel is considered “an exceptional stay.”

The Okura Hotel has an indoor pool, art museum, spa, fitness center, and seven restaurants and bars. Fit & Fly guests will be staying in Prestige Rooms on upper floors of the 41-floor Prestige Tower. Double rooms have two twin beds, and single rooms have king size beds. Bathrooms have both a shower and a separate bathtub, which sits beside a large window with a city view.

Please note that other guests will be staying at The Okura Hotel alongside Fit & Fly guests.
