As a Nashville native, Liz Sanders grew up loving the Tennessee outdoors and was constantly on the move. Twenty years of personal soccer training led her to value and study the way intentional movement patterns can provide long-term fitness and overall health.
Liz is a member of the Body by Hannah Studio team in Cleveland, Tennessee where she works as a Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach with clients of all ages and backgrounds. Her lifelong aspiration is to help clients form positive relationships with food and movement in order to push them into a life filled with balance, freedom, and good health.
When she isn’t in the studio, you will find Liz playing in co-ed soccer tournaments, drinking cocktails on a porch with her Cleveland crew, or kayaking Tennesssee rivers with her family!
